MSc, nursing student , I have project in global context subject . My rational for this project : I have been worked as faculty clinical teacher in nursing school at Saudi Arabia. As I novice clinical teacher, I do not have nursing experience or formal education preparation as educator. I notice that the clinical teacher faces many challenges in clinical teaching . According to this comparison my project aim is: Aim: To develop an induction programme for new/novice clinical teachers in my country. I need comparison between Saudi Arabia and The UK in the following points : – nursing education in UK, how is responsible for teach laboratory clinical skills, – supervise and assess students in clinical setting. – Mentorship program for students in clinical area, – educational preparation for clinical teacher, – nursing regulated by nursing and midwevary council, – how support the the novice faculty member by induction program, mentoring for the novice faculty member and novice clinical teacher then , write which might be learnt from a critical comparison of practice.
