What you must do: Write a report Task 2: LO2 Be able to develop interpersonal and transferable skills. (825 words) 2.1 In the context of working with others, develop solutions to work based problems as a care worker in a care setting. 2.2 In relation to work-problem as discussed by you in task 2.1 communicate in a variety of styles and appropriate manner at various levels used in your work based problems. (You must used a range of methods and identify, develop a variety of interpersonal skills and how you would use them to communicate problem and solution to your peers and supervisors using your own experience and making use of a range of theories as a care worker). 2.3 Identify effective time management strategies used in your work-based problems health and social care setting. Task 4: LO4 Be able to develop strategies for problem solving (825 words) What you must do: Write a report 4.1 Evaluate appropriate tools e.g. brainstorming, fish bone diagram, bench marking, SWOT analysis and methods for developing solutions to one work-based problem in your work environment in health and social care sector as a care worker. (Coherent, logical development of ideas are used when evaluating whether or not the problem was solved or not; how you measured the solution against specification and desired outcomes to one work-based complex problem in your work environment in health and social care sector ). 4.2 Develop an appropriate strategy for resolving the problem in task 4.1. (You should have independently developed, examined using a range of innovative ways/ideas to develop appropriate strategies for resolving the complex problem in task 4.1 using a range of ideas and options). 4.3 Critically evaluate the potential impacts of implementing the chosen strategy in health and social care sector (you must critically evaluate & independently plan, manage, organize and reflect on the potential impacts of implementing a chosen strategy on the business of health and social care).
