Analyze how that reporting level/relationship affects their role, practice, and collaboration with nursing and interprofessional providers. c) How can/do the Advanced Practice Nurses and other Master’s-prepared nurses impact the clinical microsystem in your work setting/unit to promote quality outcomes? – Be sure to specifically include discussion of the role for which you are preparing. ***If there are no Advanced Practice Nurses currently in your organization: a) identify the status of any plans to hire APNs b) project how APNs could be used within your organization/work setting Utilize the materials available in Complexity Leadership (pp. 209-210) and Advanced Practice Nursing: Emphasizing Common Roles (pp. 403-413) to facilitate your analysis and discussion.
