New Venture Concept Plan The purpose of this assessment is to evaluate your understanding of the process of bringing a new idea into commercialisation, with a focus on the human resource management issues. So, for this assessment, a full business plan is not required. You will be required to outline the new venture concept and provide support for this idea -SWOT Analysis (strength, weakness, opportunity, thread) -how much is the product going to cost (very detail) -discussion of the selection and skills/experience of the management team/key employees, -rent, staff wages (running cost of office) electricity (don’t have in deep, just have the idea) -discussion of the intended organisational structure of the organisation including board/advisors, -required funding and source of funding, and timeline for the business to emerge into profitability. new idea into commercialisation with focus on the human resource
