Employee number: 260 Daily patient caseload is 200 The organization has multidisciplinary team (Physician, Nurses, Physical therapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapists and special education teachers) The organization will change from traditional paper work base to healthcare electronic information system. We would like to investigate the effect of this change on the organizational operation style.
