By analyzing different learning theories, HR professionals can select the best approach for specific training and development efforts, and design programs that have the ability to engage and motivate employees. In this week’s Assignment, you evaluate six key learning theories that should be considered when creating training and development initiatives. In addition, you analyze the role that employee motivation plays in training and development success.
