Create an introduction with a thesis statement that explains where you stand in regard to television and children. Develop body paragraphs that reveal and discuss different aspects of the positive or negative influences television may or may not have on children. Create an effective conclusion. Some questions to help generate ideas for your essay: Does television impact the way children interact? What are the advantages and disadvantages of allowing children to watch television? Why do some people prohibit children from viewing particular shows? What does television babysitting mean to you? Is it true?
